Good to Know

Book the block early

Clearwater Beach fills for more than weddings — spring break, summer vacation weeks, and winter snowbird season all compete for the same Gulf-front rooms. Lock a courtesy block as soon as the venue contract is signed, and ask about resort-fee waivers for groups while you're at it.

Mind the causeway

The map is small but the beach traffic is real: the Memorial Causeway is the one road onto Clearwater Beach, and a sunny Saturday backs it up. Block rooms on the same island as your venue — a "ten-minute" mainland hotel can be forty in season.
